II. The personal data protection system of the ADO has applied technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements specified in the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data. In particular, the following was taken into account: the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004 on the documentation of the processing of personal data and the technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for the processing of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item .1024); guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

The most important elements of the personal data protection system used include: 1. SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and Samiboo.com is encrypted with a 256-bit key. 2. We collect and process only necessary personal data for the shortest possible time, and you must give separate consent for any activities not related to the implementation of the sales contract. 3. III. Personal data, purpose and storage period

A. Registration During registration, please provide the data necessary to create an account at Samiboo.com, so you do not have to waste time filling out the entire order form again with each subsequent purchase. By registering, you save time and money, because registered customers participate in the loyalty program and receive discounts for previously made purchases. After logging in, the Registered Customer can also verify the status of the order placed and the history of purchases made. A registered and logged in customer can correct, supplement or completely delete data from Samiboo.com at any time.

During registration, please provide: 1. name and surname - necessary for us to later issue a sales document and address the parcel; 2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) - necessary for us to address the parcel later; 3. e-mail – necessary for logging in and communication related to the use of Samiboo.com; 4. telephone number - necessary when selecting some delivery methods (required by carriers). Data is stored for a period of 5 years from the last login. B. Placing an order When placing an order, please provide us with the data necessary to complete the order, which in the case of registered and logged in customers is partially downloaded automatically from the data provided during registration. When placing an order, please provide: 1. name and surname or company/institution name - necessary to issue a sales document and address the shipment; 2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) - necessary to address the parcel; 3. e-mail – necessary for communication related to the execution of the order; 4. telephone number – necessary when selecting some delivery methods (required by carriers). If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses delivery to a different address than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, please additionally provide: 1. name and surname or business name
